It starts with a subtle thought to distract you self from hard emotions. To not to think about the difficulties. First you start liking it. The small pleasure of course. Taste. Becomes an habit to eat whenever you want to avoid things. No track of time, you depend on food emotionally. Eat in stress, eat in anxiety, eat to avoid, eat to not to cry. A loop, which doesn’t seem wrong on the outer. Only you know how it is only just to suppress feelings.
